Looking for Easter brunch ideas? I’ve been hosting or attending Easter brunch for years, and this year I put together a collection of my very favorite dishes to serve or bring to a gathering! There are seasonal delights like asparagus frittatas and tasty treats like fluffy lemon ricotta pancakes or decadent French toast casserole.

Every single recipe I’ve actually recipe tasted in my kitchen for my real family (yes, we are real humans!). In addition, I’ve added a few cute Easter animal-inspired treats from some of my favorite recipe websites. I want to make them all!

Tips for Planning Easter Brunch

  • Make ahead as much as possible. Recipes that are easy to meal prep are key: the French toast casserole, deviled eggs, baked oatmeal, and yogurt parfaits all fall in this category.
  • Anchor with one impressive savory dish. A quiche, hashbrown casserole, or frittata gives the table a centerpiece.
  • Add at least one spring element. Whether it’s asparagus, fresh strawberries, lemon zest, or carrot cake flavors, something that says “spring” makes Easter brunch feel light and seasonal.
  • Think about variety. Having a mix of vegetarian and gluten-free options, lighter dishes, and something more indulgent makes a nice mix.
