It’s an idea we created for using peach schnapps leftover from a batch of Fuzzy Navels: and it turned out even better than that classic 1980’s drink! In fact, if you’ve got peach schnapps on hand, we’d heartily recommend this cocktail over that infamous retro one.

Of course, there’s a popular chain restaurant that makes a Georgia Peach (Cheesecake Factory). This one’s not a copycat: in fact, we think you’ll like it even better. Here’s what you’ll need for the Georgia Peach:
