Homemade ice cream is a passion of mine! I made some mango ice cream that was amazing, also some pistachio.

Chicken and waffles! (Either splurge on the fried chicken and buttermilk waffles or go for less guilt with oven-fried chicken and buckwheat waffles.) Fun podcast to listen to while I cook. Thanks!

First of all, my vote, mac & cheese is a main dish, sorry Alex.

One of my comfort foods, made healthy, is chocolate mousse or pudding made using avocados, cocoa powder, a dash of homemade vanilla and dates. Top with a little homemade whipped cream. Chocolate comfort. The dates can be fairly high in sugar content, but no artificial ingredients.

    Love your podcasts!

I think I remember when I listened to this podcast on mac & cheese that part of the reason Alex didn’t think it was a main dish was because it didn’t have a lot of protein. I just learned about this pasta: I’ve not tried it yet, but have read lots of raving reviews and it has around 20 g of protein per serving! Love your podcast and look forward to each new episode!!
