- Cut the broccoli into florets.
- Place them in a microwave safe dish. Add 2 tablespoons water.
- Microwave on High for 3 to 5 minutes, until bright green and crisp tender. The timing depends on your microwave. Start at 3 minutes, then taste and cook in 30 second bursts until it’s crisp tender. Make sure not to overcook or it will become soggy!
