    This was a great episode! Recently my partner and I did a 21 day sugar cleanse and I didn’t actually realize what an impact it had on me until people started commenting about my weight loss. We are both vegetarians and already consumed significantly less sugar than the average person, but this really did prove to me that eating any sugar at all was not helping my waistline. Now it’s all about moderation, because a life without pie is just not worth living :) .
