After cooking the eggs, place them into an ice bath: a large bowl with cold water and several ice cubes. Leave the eggs for about 15 minutes until they are cool.
To peel the eggs, lightly tap the larger end of the egg so that the shell crushes. (The larger bottom end of the egg has an air bubble, which make it easier to crush the shell.)
Then start to peel off the shell. Continue peeling the shell until all the pieces are removed.
