Description
This creamy whipped goat cheese is the ideal simple party appetizer! Blend it up in 5 minutes, then dip with crostini or bread.

- 10 ounces fresh goat cheese (chevre)
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives
- 2 tablespoons chopped basil
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
- Place the goat cheese and Greek yogurt in a food processor and process until fully combined, stopping and scraping down the bowl with a spatula once.
- Add the chopped chives, basil, garlic powder, dried dill, and kosher salt. Pulse a few times until combined. Serve with crackers, crostini, bread, or vegetable sticks. Refrigerate for up to 2 days (tastes best the day of making).
