This tahini yogurt sauce is our go-to sauce and dip! It’s irresistibly creamy and takes just 2 minutes to whip up. We like using it as a sauce for grilled vegetables, chicken, or seafood, or topping it with tomato confit as a tasty appetizer.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon grated garlic (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt, plus 2 pinches
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 2 teaspoons water

Instructions

  1. Stir together all ingredients in a bowl, using just enough water so that the texture comes together into a creamy sauce (all yogurts vary). Adjust flavors as necessary.
  2. Store leftovers up to 1 week refrigerated. Enjoy with fresh veggies, as a sauce for grilled vegetables or grilled chicken, or as an appetizer topped with marinated tomatoes or tomato confit.

Notes

*Alternative: we often make this without the garlic and it still tastes great! Feel free to omit if desired.
