- 2 ounces (1/4 cup) vodka
- 1/2 ounce (1 tablespoon) lime juice
- 4 ounces (1/2 cup) soda water

Instructions
- Lime rickey: Add the lime juice and simple syrup to highball glass and stir. Fill with ice and top with sparkling water. Garnish with lime wedges.
- Vodka soda: Place the vodka and lime juice in a highball or lowball glass and add ice. Top off with soda water and enjoy.
