Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 4 sprigs rosemary, 4 to 5 inches long

Instructions

  1. Add the sugar, water and rosemary to a small saucepan and heat over medium heat. Bring to a simmer and stir until all sugar is dissolved. Turn off the heat and allow it to sit for 20 minutes at room temperature. Strain into a jar.
  2. Cool to room temperature before using. Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
