Vodka and pineapple juice make the perfect cocktail! Add lime and grenadine for a stunning layered mixed drink.

2 ounces (1/4 cup) vodka
1/2 ounce (1 tablespoon) lime juice
1 splash grenadine
Ice, for serving (try clear ice)
For the garnish: fresh pineapple wedge or pineapple leaves

Instructions

Fill a lowball glass with ice. Add the pineapple juice, vodka and lime juice and stir to combine.
Pour a splash of grenadine along the side of the glass. It will settle to the bottom to make a ruby red layer at the base. Garnish with fresh pineapple or pineapple leaves.
