This peach mango smoothie tastes like sunshine! This bright and beautiful puree has a sweet tart flavor and thick, creamy texture.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen peach slices
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 banana (room temperature)
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt (or substitute non-dairy milk)
  • 1/2 cup 100% orange juice (unsweetened)
  • 1/4 cup milk (or almond milk or oat milk)
  • 6 ice cubes
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender, breaking the banana into pieces. Blend until creamy and frothy, stopping and scraping down the sides as necessary. If desired, garnish with a frozen peach. Serve immediately or store in a covered jar in the refrigerator for 2 days.
