This refreshing cantaloupe smoothie recipe is lightly sweet and delicately fruity! All you need are 4 ingredients plus ice.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cubed cantaloupe
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or oat milk, coconut milk or vegan yogurt)
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup orange juice

Instructions

  1. Place the cantaloupe in a blender first and blend for a few seconds. Then add all other ingredients and blend until smooth, adding additional orange juice if necessary. Taste and if desired, add a bit of honey or pure maple syrup to sweeten. Serve immediately. Store up to 1 day refrigerated; it will separate so shake before serving.
