Description
This whipped feta dip is a seriously easy appetizer for gatherings: in just 5 minutes crumbly feta cheese transforms into a creamy dip.

- 8 ounces feta cheese
- 1/2 cup plain full-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon neutral oil (we used sunflower oil)
- Honey, to garnish (local if possible)
- Black pepper, to garnish
- Dried oregano, to garnish (optional)
- Flatbread or grilled bread, to serve (like Homemade Pita Bread)
Instructions
- Break the feta block into pieces into a food processor. Add the Greek yogurt and neutral oil and process for 2 to 3 minutes until light and creamy.
- Serve immediately. To serve, place on a plate or in a bowl and top with honey, black pepper and dried oregano. (Best eaten immediately; the texture hardens quite a bit when refrigerated.)
