Whipped cottage cheese is light and fluffy, ideal as a dip or spread! Use it as a snack or breakfast idea or a party dip.
- 2 cups (16 ounces) cottage cheese
- Place the cottage cheese in a food processor* and whip until smooth, about 1 minute, scraping down the bowl once. Taste and season with salt as desired.
- Serve as a spread on toast topped with honey or jam as an easy breakfast idea, or top with honey and serve with pita triangles as a party dip. Or, add seasonings to make Ranch Cottage Cheese Dip.
*A food processor is easiest and gets it the fluffiest. You can try it in a blender if that’s all you have; if necessary add a few teaspoons of milk or water to get it to blend.
