The Trinidad Sour is one of the most unique cocktails you’ll have! The amount of bitters sounds like a typo, but it’s a deliciously balanced drink.
- 1 1/2 ounces* Angostura bitters (it’s not a typo! trust us)
- 1/2 ounce rye whiskey
- 1 ounce orgeat syrup
- 3/4 ounce lemon juice
- Place the Angostura bitters, rye whiskey, orgeat syrup, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker. Add 2 handfuls of ice and shake until cold.
- Strain the drink into a cocktail glass.
*To convert to tablespoons, 1 ounce = 2 tablespoons
