3/4 ounce St. Germain elderflower liqueur
1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
3 to 5 ounce ginger beer
6 to 8 dashes Angostura bitters

Instructions

Fill a highball glass with ice (or clear ice). Pour in the bourbon, St Germain, and lemon juice. Top with the ginger beer.
Shake in 6 to 8 dashes Angostura bitters. Serve immediately.
