Here’s how to make pumpkin spice syrup at home! It’s equally as delicious in coffee drinks or on pancakes.

- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin spice
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to saucepan and heat over medium heat. Stir until the sugar is dissolved (don’t simmer) for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Cool to room temperature. Then strain the syrup using a fine mesh sieve. If you’d prefer a smoother texture, strain again. Store for up to 1 month in the refrigerator.
