Description

Here’s how to make pumpkin spice coffee: 4 ways! Add syrup to your drip coffee, make iced coffee, or try it as a latte.

Ingredients

Scale

For pumpkin spice coffee

For the pumpkin spice latte, go to:

For the pumpkin spice iced coffee:

  • 6 tablespoons ground coffee
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon allspice
  • ¼ teaspoon cloves
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 4 teaspoons maple syrup
  • ½ cup milk or almond milk

Instructions

  1. For the pumpkin spice coffee: Make the Pumpkin Spice Syrup (makes 3/4 cup; refrigerate the remainder for future drinks). Meanwhile, make the coffee using your preferred method: try Pour Over Coffee, French Press Coffee, or Moka Pot Coffee. Pour the coffee into a mug, and add the pumpkin spice syrup. If desired, top with whipped cream. Serve immediately.
  2. For a pumpkin spice latte: Go to Pumpkin Spice Latte or Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte.
  3. For pumpkin spice iced coffee: Mix all of the spices into the coffee grounds. Then brew the coffee using your favorite method: we used How to Make Coffee in a Chemex. Allow the coffee to cool to room temperature. To serve, place ice cubes in a glass. For each of 4 servings, pour in ½ cup coffee, 1 teaspoon maple syrup, and 2 tablespoons milk or almond milk (or double to make 2 large servings).
