The mango mimosa is a tropical spin on the classic, featuring the sweet tart flavor of mango! Make it with the fresh fruit or juice.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces (1/4 cup) mango puree* or mango juice
  • 4 ounces (1/2 cup) champagne, Prosecco or other sparkling wine

Instructions

  1. If using, make the mango puree with fresh mangos*.
  2. Add the mango puree to a champagne flute or glass.
  3. Add a splash of sparkling wine and stir gently to combine. Then add the remaining sparkling wine.

Notes

*These are the quantities for a single drink. For 6 drinks, you’ll need 1.5 cups mango puree (make 1.5 times the recipe and use 3 mangos!) and 1 750 mL bottle sparkling wine.
