This easy lemon tahini dressing is creamy and bright! It’s endlessly versatile for using on salads, bowl meals, sandwiches, and more.
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (2 large or 3 small lemons)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 tablespoon honey or sugar
- 1 garlic clove, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 to 1 tablespoon water
- In a medium bowl, mix the sauce ingredients, adding just enough water so that it comes to a drizzle-able consistency. Add more salt to taste if desired. Store leftover dressing refrigerated for up to 2 weeks. Bring to room temperature before serving (the dressing becomes thicker when chilled).
