- 3 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- Fresh ground pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Lasts up 2 to weeks refrigerated.
