Description
This frothy honeydew smoothie is ultra refreshing and full of flavor! Melon, pineapple, Greek yogurt and vanilla combine to make a delicate hydrating drink.
Ingredients

- 1/2 large honeydew melon (5 cups diced)
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (or coconut milk or vegan yogurt)
- 1/4 cup frozen pineapple (4 chunks)
- 1 teaspoon honey (or maple syrup)
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch kosher salt
- Garnish: mint leaves (or add them to the smoothie, too!)
Instructions
- Dice the honeydew melon. Place it in a blender and blend for a few seconds until combined.
- Add the remaining ingredients and blend until a pale green smoothie forms.
