1 teaspoon honey, maple or agave syrup, plus more to taste (optional)
Instructions
Chop the grapefruits into quarters, then slice off the skin. Chop the apples, keeping the skin on.
Place the grapefruit, apples, ice, water, honey (if using), and a pinch of salt in a blender. Blend on high until a juice forms.
Pass the juice through a fine mesh sieve or a nut milk bag to strain out the pulp, which you can discard. Drink the juice immediately over ice, or refrigerate until enjoying.
