This dill pickle hummus is tangy, creamy, and loaded with fresh dill and real pickle flavor: all in minutes using a food processor. It’s the best snack for pickle lovers!

Ingredients

  • 1 medium garlic clove, peeled
  • 1 15-­ounce can chickpeas, drained and liquid reserved
  • ⅓ cup tahini
  • ¾ cup diced dill pickles
  • ¼ cup pickle juice (from the jar)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 large handfuls fresh dill, plus more to taste
  • Fresh ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Add the garlic and lemon juice to the bowl of a food processor and process until finely chopped. Add everything else and process until creamy, 1 to 2 minutes. Add 1 tablespoon aquafaba to thin the texture if needed. 
  2. Serve with veggies, pita bread, or pita chips. Store refrigerated for 5 days.
