This arugula and tomato burrata salad comes together in 5 minutes and is the perfect appetizer for any Italian-inspired meal.
Ingredients

- 3 cups baby arugula leaves
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 large burrata cheese
- Olive oil
- White wine vinegar
- Kosher salt
Instructions
- Wash and de-stem 3 cups baby arugula. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
- Place a bed of arugula on a plate, then place the burrata in the center.
- Drizzle with olive oil and a splash of white wine vinegar. Sprinkle with kosher salt and serve.
