½ cup milk of choice (dairy, almond milk or oat milk)
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/8 teaspoon cardamom or cloves
8 ice cubes
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender, breaking the banana into pieces as you add it. Blend until smooth. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for up to 1 day (shake if it separates).
