Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • Fresh ground black pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Clean the cauliflower and chop it into bite-sized pieces. Mince 4 cloves garlic.
  2. In a bowl, combine the cauliflower, garlic, 2 teaspoons kosher salt, and fresh ground pepper. Add just enough olive oil to lightly coat the cauliflower and toss to combine.
  3. Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet and bake for around 40 minutes or until browned, turning once. To serve, add lemon juice to taste.
