September Healthy & Whole Dinner Party

Vegetarian Cobb Salad | A Couple Cooks

Spicy Tahini Corn on the Cob | A Couple Cooks

Before September comes to a close and fall is upon us, don’t forget to take advantage of the fabulous produce this month has to offer! As you know, we love entertaining, and much of our leisure time is spent cooking fun meals with people we love. Healthy & Whole Meals is a new idea we had to share an easy menu for entertaining each month. Invite your friends or family, and share this dinner together — on a patio if you can, while the weather is still nice! Here are our picks for September. We’ve included options for various dietary needs, including gluten-free, dairy free, vegan / plant-based. If you make this meal, share it with us on Instagram with the tag #healthyandwhole!

Main Course: Vegetarian Cobb Salad
(Alternate: Baked Falafel Salad Bowl with Lemon Tahini Dressing)

Side:  Spicy Tahini Corn on the Cob

Dessert: You Choose!

Fall produce is my favorite. I love freezing tomatoes so I can have them in soups & stews all winter long!
