As you know, we love entertaining, and much of our leisure time is spent cooking fun meals with people we love. Healthy & Whole Meals is a new idea we had to share an easy menu for entertaining each month.     Fall produce is my favorite. I love freezing tomatoes so I can have them in soups & stews all winter long!
