Last time, we showed you how to make loaded sweet potatoes, one of our favorite meals. This time, we’re excited to show you one of our favorite soups, an Italian White Bean Soup.
Why do we love this soup? Well, first of all, it’s remarkably delicious – we like to call it liquid pizza (really!). Plus, it’s easy to make, feeds a crowd, and can utilize local and seasonal ingredients (depending on where you’re located, of course!).
